About Us

NWVRA is run by a group of volunteers that love the vizsla breed. We are not a true "shelter" in that we have no building with kennels where dogs are dropped off or adopted.

We are a 501(c) (3) Charity and contributions are deductible under section 170 of the code. Exempt status began May 29, 2007

We try to help people place their dogs out of their home causing less stress on the dog. Sometimes it is necessary to have a dog in foster care - a private home until a forever home can be found.
